Charm Package
This wedding planning package is perfect for the bride and groom who already have all of the planning taken care of. All that you need is a helping hand on the day of your wedding for your ceremony and reception. We offer coordination services for the day of your wedding, so that you and your family can relax and enjoy your special day.
This package includes:
- Wedding planning appointment with Bride and Groom will begin starting at 4 months out of wedding date
- Six weeks prior meet with Bride and Groom to finalize wedding details
- One walk through of venue/property
- Provide a detailed timeline for all contracted vendors and the wedding party
- Unlimited advice via phone or email, or text.
- Coordination of rehearsal (up to 1 1/2 hour), ceremony, cocktail hour and reception
- Coordination of all reception details such as grand entrance, first dance, toasting, cake cutting, grand exit, etc.
- Supervision of venue setup for ceremony (flowers, tables, aisle runner, etc.) and reception (flowers, cake table, catering, staff)
- Wedding item placements, table decorations, setup (unity candle, wedding programs, place cards, favors, guestbook, gift box, cake topper, cake cutting set, sparklers etc)
- Distribute flowers to the wedding party and assist with pinning
- Assist Bride and bridal party to ceremony area
- Assist Groom and grooms men to ceremony area
- Keep wedding party and families stress free within reason
- Take care of any last minute details
- First to arrive and the last to leave
- Assist with clean-up of client provided items.
- Package all gifts and ceremony items at the end of the night and load them in the designated location.

Additional charges may apply, depending on the size and complexity of the wedding, and if the ceremony and reception are at two different locations.
DIY Package with A Touch
This package is for the bride that has done it ALL! She has every detail figured out and all she needs is someone to be onsite to make sure her vision comes together and get her down the aisle and through the grand exit. This package covers the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. This package does not include decorating/setup, wedding items placement or clean up of client provided items or gifts.
- Six weeks prior meet with Bride and Groom to go over wedding details
- One walk through of venue/property
- Provide a detailed timeline for all contracted vendors and the wedding party
- One month of counseling advice via phone, text or email
- Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception
- Coordination of all reception details such as grand entrance, first dance, toasting, cake cutting, grand exit, etc.
- Distribute flowers to the wedding party and assist with pinning
- Assist Bride and bridal party to ceremony area
- Assist Groom and grooms men to ceremony area
- Keep wedding party and families stress free within reason
- Take care of any last minute details
- 1 1/2 for the rehearsal and 8 hours on the wedding day
